PROJECT SUMMARY
As the sole Game Writer and Narrative Designer for a hand-selected 21-person team, I pitched the core concept and developed the "Internet Hamster" IP for the GMTK 2025 game jam. In a 96-hour sprint, we delivered a top-down arcade action game that ranked #89 in Narrative (Top 1%) and #22 Overall out of 9,500+ entries. ​

Pitched the game’s core premise and creative vision, establishing a "Digital-Mythic" setting where cosmic hamster warriors (Antivari) defend the internet from entropic viral bugs (Malwars).

Lore-justified the "Loop" gameplay mechanic, framing the player’s movement trail as a divine weapon gifted by Webi, the God of the Internet, to entrap and eradicate digital threats.

Authored the script for all cinematics and dialogue, crafting a unique comedic tone by blending hyper-active, Dune-inspired religious fervor with absurdist internet-meme humor.

Defined the narrative profiles and "voice" for the game's cast, including the manic protagonist Nibbles and the imposing, Wizard-of-Oz-style deity, Webi.

Wrote lore and instructional copy for marketing page, including the technical tutorial and project description for the Itch.io page to ensure thematic immersion and player clarity.
